Free Sky, decent bonus (when they get it right), some good people

Cons

Inconsistent management - say one thing and then do the opposite. Inconsistent in the disciplinary processes & performance management. Acceptable for others to tell tale on you - like being back at school.

Local people are great to work with. Good work/life balance. Helping people with medical bills at no cost to patient.

Cons

Limited promotions, low pay, very poor employee morale. Management and HR don't do anything to reward hard-working employees. You may start out going "above and beyond" but since there is no pat on the back or recognition, burn out and a "who cares?" attitude follow quickly.
