Not a good place to work

Pros

Flexible hours. Can leave for lunch. Food truck comes.

Cons

Matrix pay drops regularly. Mgmnt not fair at all. Poor mgmnt all around. Terrible work environment. If sick kid needs to be picked up from school, you cannot leave. If you do, you will have to make up time and then still be treated poorly for weeks for putting child before job. Favoritism is like nothing I have ever seen before. Timed bathroom breaks. High insurance costs. Food is stolen from fridge. Roaches in breakroom. All around terrible place to work. Literally the worst.

Flexible schedule, paid per claim processed

Cons

Pay fluctuates a lot based on claim workload type of claims speed and audits. Paid per claim processed however the more you process the more they lower the payout per claim.
