Pros

Flexibility, unless there are random overtime requirements.

Cons

Just seemed like no one ever knew what they were doing. Pretty much everyone always complained about something. Sometimes the network would randomly go down. Pay stubs were not always clear and transparent. Everything was straight commission. Not really a "career".

Flexible hours (best feature) Friendly co-workers for the most part Location

Cons

Matrix-style job, which would be positive, if it wasn't for the inconsistent work loads and low payout per claim processed. Certain supervisors with deplorable people management skills. Setting unreasonable expectations of entire teams based on the achievements of 2 or 3 employees.

Pros

Benefits, weekends off, paid holidays off. Some employees are friendly.

Cons

Matrix pay is a scam, not enough training, supervisors play favorites. Had a supervisor keep her favorites while the rest of us were moved to another department.let emphasize that there needs to be more training.Even if it means a month instead of 2 weeks
