Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed working with your team manager and teammates and that you were satisfied with your shifts. However, we apologize for any payroll issues you experienced. We understand how important timely and accurate pay is, and we are committed to improving our payroll processes. Regarding leave booking, this should have been improved with the launch of FirstPlace last year with its online booking system however if this is still an issue please feed this back to our HR reps.
