The pay is good compare to other jobs, the more you work the more pay you receive

Cons

The hours are crap, long days, mentally draining job, customers shouting at you cause previous agent don’t do their job correctly. If you just need a job for money, then do it but don’t do it for long, it will drain your sole.

Long hours... NPS (survey) gives customers too much power and control over whether you get paid your bonuses or not. Too many conditions tied to getting paid your bonus.
