Pros

Free dominoes on the odd occasions, training was fairly easy, the pay is good depending on how well you do with bonus

Cons

Very poor management, after you have completed training/academy you are left on your own with no help offered or any guidelines... Team leaders don't want to do anything, when you ask for help it seems like the end of the world for them... constantly stepping on egg shells because you don't want to annoy them even though you've just come off academy/training. So sometimes you have to struggle unless you want to cause a scene. The job itself is soul destroying. Having customers scream at you everyday can be very de motivating, the stress of the targets can be too much alone, having negative team briefs because certain people/team aren't hitting their targets along with not being quick enough to get off a call/productivity can really put a downer on your work life. The HR structure on illnesses, if your prone to getting ill, if you have a illness you get a recorded discussion and bonus taken away from you, your third illness within your probationary period they will decide to keep you on board or let you go, along with that with the flea that I once found on my desk I'm not surprised the staff get ill.

Pros

The people are amazing! Some of the managers are great too Working in dedicated value (downgrades), isn't the most difficult of jobs Can be rewarding in terms of customer satisfaction and feedback Money isn't awful Constant incentives and bonus!

Cons

Long days, i work 11 hour days, get an hour off for lunch, a 15 minute paid break, a 20 minute paid break and 10 minutes you can use whenever... does drag on a bit usually In terms of productivity, theyre quite hard on it and expect a lot off you With low level progression, the only bonus is being off the phones, the pay stays the same with progression to SME level etc, so for more incentive to stay with firstsource it would be nice to see a slight pay rise with any level of progression to make us work harder for it! Days off sick are quite serious... it seems you cannot be genuinely ill with firstsource, its treated harshly if youre off a few times in a 6 months period. also the woman on the sick line is quite patronising and this isnt what you need when youre genuinely ill. this is agreed upon by every fellow employee i speak to.

Pros

Had few sickdays due to serveire chest infection came back got recorded discussion then off with another sickness and got hr meeting and got fired for 2 many sicknesses bad practice you can't help if your ill and manager tokdvteam all about me and was telling my team mates that I'm not to come back she told her manager not to have me back and loads of backstabbing goes on would not ask anyone to work here if only sky new what was going on I work at Athena site so so bad managers and staff

Cons

job long hours bad managers loads of rd's and then hr meetings then sacks you. Pay not right all the time under pays staff or don't pay incentives as promised you only take 499 per fortnight bad wages.
