Pros

This job allows for you to be flexible and manage work-life easily. The work is easy and this job offers great benefits with PTO opportunity. You will be able to meet great people and learn new skills.

Cons

The amount of claims they want you to process while dealing with system errors and delays is absolutely ridiculous but it's not impossible just really stressful and annoying. The pay could be better but it's not horrible.

Pros

Decent team; management seems to have its hands tied as to better reward employees.

Cons

Pay is based on a piece work system. IF you get high productivity, compensation can reach “$14-18 per hour.” The reality is you may very likely end up making minimum wage. Legally you can’t be paid less than minimum, but anecdotally, the company purportedly tried to do so for low performers. Benefits package was not as bad as others might think.

Work from home, supplies equipment

Cons

Poor management, programs don't work half the time, expect quota each day which you can't meet due to programs freezing up or system not working.
