Pros

Flexible time. Like honestly if I could find a place with the flexible hours in claims, where as long as you get 8 hours in between 8AM and 10PM, I'd be happy.

Cons

You get paid per claim. Sounds like it could be good, right? Except if you do too many claims an hour, they lower the per-claim pay rate and pocket the difference.
