They give you a very generous PTO allowance.

Cons

No merit raises; everyone gets the same, and it's horrible. No place to grow. Rampant favoritism. Untested, and unfair Matrix Pay system.

Some great friends I wrote a review last week or so re firstsource where I said I found it hard to settle that it was partly my own fault and adling management to look after their disabled employees if I offended anyone it was not my intention I am sorry

No pros worst place to work feel as if your a slave no considerate of there employees managements is horrible they don't recongized the people for there hard work it's a favoritism and very racist place need to be shut down
