Friendly people, decent pay for a call center

Cons

Considering the work being done, the lack of knowledge of the supervisors on the floor was very scary to me.

Pros

There are no pros working for First Source. Every time the Sky contract is renegotiated you get sold into further slavery, more pressure is added. Team Leaders often lie to their teams and HR are clueless as to the problems on the call floor. Managers also pass the buck when they make mistakes and again very unprofessional.

Cons

Don't believe their hype. Bonus scheme is too unstable, targets are constantly moved which means you often miss out. HR dept needs an overhaul and to check letters properly.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, alot of hours, manageable work

Cons

Management sucks. You get to have no life. Because there is so much turnover, you have to pick up the extra slack. Managers are no help at all and think just because they buy you food, it makes up for 10-12+ hour shifts.
