Pros

Been with FirstSource for under a year and have continued on the same client for my time. The management is supportive and understanding and as long as you communicate they’re also flexible.

Cons

Low pay. Expensive healthcare. No OT.

Flexible work schedule, remote position

Cons

Lack of work and having to clock out when waiting for more work to be assigned and still requiring you to get 40 hours a week, therefore not getting a set schedule. Matrix pay, so you are paid minimal amount per task worked instead of a set hourly wage, so when there is a serious lack of work, you barely make minimum wage.
