      Going downhill, fast

      Pros

      The have underground parking. Depending on the division you are in, there is a chance you will be pretty independent when it comes to oversight.

      Cons

      Upper management likes to bad mouth ObamaCare saying "well YOU all voted for this so now you will get it." Your personal politics should not be used against the employees. The company healthcare plan is awful, some people won't take a job at TeleTech because the health care is so bad. The operating leadership likes to randomly changes things on the whim. The IT department likes to delay purchasing licenses for a month or two which is stupid. Lets be unproductive for months to delay buying that license. The cost in savings is lost 10 fold in productivity.

      Pros

      Excellent career progression, but only at the expense of your soul. While BPO is a difficult business to begin with, this company's inability to invest in the welfare of it's employees results in massive turn over. This, in turn, results in great opportunities for the poor saps left behind to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Too many to fully divulge. There is an extremely caustic and dysfunctional culture within the organization that starts at the top and permeates to the very core of the business.

      Some advancement opportunities if you can deal with the clicks and high school mentality long enough; decent amount of training; gives you job experience

      Cons

      Negative coaches; managers who wanted me to put my young agent on a Corrective Action because she left early...due to chest pains and left in an ambulance!...oh yes, and they also retaliated against me when I reported another Coach to the "We Hear You"/Human Resource people because she bashed me publicly and unprofessionally on Facebook; this company loses client contracts often and fires people often or sends them home early without pay
